You cannot wash this waist trainer in the washing machine and DO NOT put it in the dryer. Wash by hand in a bucket of lukewarm water with a little bit of detergent. Rinse the waist trainer afterward with cold water. You can dry the waist trainer on a drying rack.

After reviewing thousands of customer surveys we recommend you choose One size larger the waist trainers run small. The first time is bound to be hard. There is a good chance that you may even need some assistance to get it on but for a waist trainer to work, it needs to be tight in order for it to shape your body well.
