You cannot wash this waist trainer in the washing machine and DO NOT put it in the dryer. Wash by hand in a bucket of lukewarm water with a little bit of detergent. Rinse the waist trainer afterward with cold water. You can dry the waist trainer on a drying rack.

The most important measurement is you waist. The perfect fit is one that is snug but does not fit too tightly. After reviewing thousands of customer surveys we recommend you choose One size larger the waist trainers run small. The first time is bound to be hard. There is a good chance that you may even need some assistance to get it on but for a waist trainer to work, it needs to be tight in order for it to shape your body well.
