Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our return policy ensures that you can exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for store credit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your item at support@hurricanebeauty.com

We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:

The item you purchased did not fit
The item you purchased is defective
The item you purchased is incomplete
The item you purchased is incorrect

You will cover the return shipping cost, and we will cover the exchange item shipping. Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of a Hurricane Beauty E-Gift Card.

How soon will I get my store credit or refund?

Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 days for our returns department to process and inspect your return you will then receive your store credit via email to reorder the new size or style.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
