We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our policy ensures that you can exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for store credit. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item.
It's very important to return our product in the original packaging in the same condition you received it in. Failing to do so will result in a $8.99 damaged goods fee.
- We will send you a return label! Yes, we'll cover the shipping costs for your return item(s).
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- Hurricane Beauty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:
The item you purchased did not fit
The item you purchased is defective
The item you purchased is incomplete
The item you purchased is incorrect

Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging
Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of a Hurricane Beauty E-Gift Card.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
