Returns and Exchanges

We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our policy ensures that you can exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for store credit. Contact support@hurricanebeauty.com before returning your item.

 

  • We will send you a return label! Yes, we'll cover the shipping costs for your return item(s).
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

  • Hurricane Beauty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:

The item you purchased did not fit
The item you purchased is defective
The item you purchased is incomplete
The item you purchased is incorrect

What's not returnable?

Discounted items or items marked as "Sale"

Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging

Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of a Hurricane Beauty E-Gift Card.

 

Refund requirements

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

Unused
Unstained
Free of hair and odors
No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
Original Packaging
Sewn in tags attached
Not bent in half to ship back
Within 30 days of purchase
