What Are The Payment Methods Available?

Which Currency Is Displayed On The Hurricane Beauty® Website?

All of our products are listed in USD, however they will be shown in your own  currency (or you can change it to your currency if you wish) until checkout. This is  where you will see the price change to USD. This is converted at the current conversion rate of the day and time you purchased, which mean you will not pay anymore than what would have in your own currency. Sometimes this can work in your favor and be cheaper.      

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that some countries can charge a small customs fee and you would need to check with your countries customs for items coming in from overseas. The customer is solely responsible for any import duty/VAT.  

How Much Are The Shipping Charges? 

Shipping cost for US and International are $4.95 USD.

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders worth $50 and above.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?

The average order time that our products are being delivered to our customers is 2-5 working days from shipping. 

Our shipping can sometimes take from 5-10 working days depending on where you live in the world and which one of our global factories we ship your item from.

I've Received One Item But Not The Other(s) From The Same Purchase?

Many of our items may ship  directly from from different warehouses, this is why your purchase may arrive in more than one package. If you have any concerns please email us at: support@hurricanebeauty.com

How Do I Track My Order?

There are a couple of ways to do this:

1. Once you purchase from us check your email, we will send you a confirmation of your order and tracking details will be available.

2. Simply visit our website and click on the "Track my order" tab and enter your email and tracking number.

Tracking will be available 1-3 days after your order.

How Do I Place An Order

1. Browse through our products.

2. Add the products you like, to your cart!

3. Proceed to checkout.

4. Enter your shipping and billing details.

5. All done..Easy!

Can I Edit My Order Or My Details?

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled. This is usually with 30mins to 1hr of placing your order.

If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us within 2-4 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

Can I Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Unfortunately, we can only cancel your order if it has been  within 5hrs of your order, otherwise we are unable to cancel it.

We are very sorry but, there is no way of stopping the order because our system is automated.

The reason we are unable to cancel your order is that it has already been processed and sent to our shipping dept.

You will need to wait for your item to arrive and then you can ship it back to us for a full refund if you wish. If you would like to do this please email us once your item arrives so we can forward you the returns information.

Any shipping costs will not be refunded though, and the shipping will be  your responsibility.

Invalid Reasons:

  • The buyer made the order by mistake or no lon ger wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Hurricane Beauty®. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the item before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in the order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in the order.

What If I Receive A Product That Is Damaged?

We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged.  If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please write to us at support@hurricanebeauty.com Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach a photo or video s o we can address the issue clearly.

We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
